I really enjoy Sensaria products! They are natural spa quality products. Do you know what your skin type is? Sometimes it could be your products, environment, hormones, etc.

If you have oily skin you should only cleanse your face 2 a day. If you do more than that, it tends to create more oil.

I will suggest that you have your skin analysed first to know what actually causes the acne. If you REALLY want to get rid of your acne, I'm afraid the all natural method probably won't cut it. Visit your local dermatoligist and get a perscription.

I use Arbonne they make all natural products and the regime includes a great face wash, toner (more then witch hazel + vitamins) and an eye cream and great mask – I highly suggest it -

You can look in to berts bee or trader joes for natural items.

Sick of my skin-looking for natural cleanser alternatives?
I hate my skin. That's really all there is to it. I drink lots of water, keep my skin clean, and never touch my face, and my acne is still there. However, recently I took a visit to a health food store and saw some cleansers I am interested in, and today I am going to take another trip over there now that I have some money to spend.

My questions is-does anyone know of any specific brand of natural cleanser that would be found at a health food store (Not neutrogena and Clean&Clear or any of that crap) that work well at getting rid of acne and promoting healthy skin? Any specific types of soaps I might find there that I should try? Any natural ingredients I should look for?

Thankyou very much for your help!

P.s. -I use plain witch hazel from the store as an astringent with my normal routine.
Thankyou for your suggestions to go see a dermatologist, but I honestly cannot afford to do so.
