Ten Tips to Improve Your Fitness Health

8) Exercise with other people. You will meet new friends, and your fitness will improve if you have other people to motivate you.

9) Don’t become too competitive as this may harm your health. Motivation from other people is good, but you should only compete against yourself. Try too hard to keep up with someone else, and you could become injured.

10) Have fun! Your health and fitness will improve if you are having fun because you will stick to your exercise program.

    Fitness/Health Plan for me??
    I am about 5′7 and 70 kgs. I would really like to lose weight and just improve my overall health and fitness. I tend to carry weight most around my lower abdomen, hips, back or ‘muffin top’ area. I don’t look extremely overweight or anything, but I believe my BMI is too high and that I should lose about 10-15 kilograms to be in a healthy range? I am a size 14 (UK) and would like to drop about two dress sizes. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some kind of exercise plan or regime, with suggested cardio and strength training for me to follow and any health, fitness, exercise & diet tips. Also please state how many days a week any exercises should be done etc. and any other info you think I should know! Thanks to everyone that replies :)

    You should exercise 5 days a week for at least a half hour. Also, diet is crucial. Make sure to eat breakfast and don’t eat anything late at night close to bedtime. It’ll turn straight to fat. Try to avoid fast food and sweets as much as possible. Good luck!
